Grievance Procedures
Safehome has a grievance procedure in place to make sure that clients or constituents have a way to place a complaint or concern, be heard, and work to find a resolution. Individuals may use grievance procedures if they believe that a policy has been unfairly applied or if they and their family have been mistreated by any Safehome personnel.
